2. SELECT – a sponsorship level and review the full list of benefits and entitlements.

3. ADD-ONS & ADVERTISING – enhance your sponsorship with additional properties, venue and/or digital advertising.

4. CUSTOMIZE – suggest amendments and/or unique activations by sending requests in writing to the 13th International HBV Cure Workshop Secretariat: karen.seto@wearemci.com.

SPONSORS APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SUPPORT

  • Your support is confirmed upon acceptance of a letter of agreement or letter of confirmation.
  • Upon execution of the agreement or confirmation, an invoice payable within 30 days upon receipt will be issued.
  • Payment in support of the 13th International HBV Cure Workshop will be made to the Conference Secretariat, MCI Group Canada Inc. (banking details to be provided upon confirmation of support).
  • All ancillary services such as food & beverage, audio visual, show services, and staffing (subject to sponsor final approval) must be coordinated through the HBV CURE 2026 Workshop Secretariat, MCI Group Canada Inc., and are subject to a 15% administration fee.
  • All payments are in USD.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Event date: November 4, 2026
  • Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing karen.seto@wearemci.com
  • Cancellations received before 5pm EST on September 4, 2026 will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm EST on September 4, 2026 are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
