Sponsorship Booking Process

1. DISCOVER a variety of sponsorship, exhibition and advertising opportunities on the prospectus [LINK].

2. SELECT a sponsorship level and review the full list of exclusive entitlements.

3. ADD-ONS & ADVERTISING – enhance your sponsorship with additional properties, venue and/or digital advertising.

4. CUSTOMIZE – suggest amendments and/or unique activations by sending requests in writing to the DHC Forum Partnership Team (contacts on slide 17 of the prospectus [LINK]).

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SUPPORT

  • Your support is confirmed upon acceptance of a letter of agreement or letter of confirmation.
  • Upon execution of the agreement or confirmation, an invoice payable within 30 days upon receipt will be issued.
  • Payment to be made to MCI Group Canada Inc., on behalf of the DHC Forum 2026. (banking details to be provided upon confirmation of support).
  • Sponsorship, exhibitor, advertising and room rental fees will be made to MCI Group Canada.
  • All ancillary expenses such as food & beverage, AV, show services, and staffing (subject to sponsor final approval) must be coordinated through the DHC Forum 2026 Secretariat, MCI Group Canada, and are subject to a 15% administration fee.
  • All payments are in CAD.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Event dates: November 22 – 23, 2026
  • Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing karen.seto@wearemci.com
  • Cancellations received before 5pm PST on September 22, 2026 will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm PST on September 22, 2026 are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
