SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SUPPORT​

  • Your support is confirmed upon acceptance of a letter of agreement or confirmation letter.​

  • Upon execution of the agreement or confirmation letter, an invoice payable within 30 days upon receipt will be issued.​

  • Payment in support of the CASL STC 2026 will be made to the Conference Secretariat, MCI Group Canada Inc. (banking details to be provided upon confirmation of support).​

  • Please note that ancillary services such as F&B, additional AV, show services, and staffing are subject to sponsor final approval and subject to a 15% administration fee.​

  • All payments are in CAD.​

CANCELLATION POLICY​​

  • Event date: September 18 – 19, 2026.​

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing karen.seto@wearemci.com​.​

  • Cancellations received before 5pm EST on July 18, 2026,​ will be entitled to a 50% refund.​​

  • Cancellations received after 5pm EST on July 18, 2026, are non-refundable and non-transferable.​​

  • All cancellations are subject to a CAD $250 administration fee.​
