Sponsorship Booking Process

1. DISCOVER – a variety of sponsorship, exhibition and advertising opportunities on the prospectus [LINK].

2. SELECT – a sponsorship level and review the full list of exclusive entitlements.

3. ADD-ONS & ADVERTISING – enhance your sponsorship with additional properties, venue and/or digital advertising.

4. CUSTOMIZE – suggest amendments and/or unique activations by sending requests in writing to the GHS 2027 Partnership Team.

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SUPPORT

  • Your support is confirmed upon acceptance of a letter of agreement or confirmation letter.
  • Upon execution of the agreement, an invoice payable within 30 days upon receipt will be issued.
  • Payment to be made to MCI Group Canada Inc on behalf of the GHS 2027. (banking details to be provided upon confirmation of support).
  • Sponsorship, exhibition, advertising, and meeting room fees are in EUR and payable to the GHS 2027 Secretariat, MCI Group Canada Inc.
  • Ancillary fees such as food & beverage, audio visual, show services and staffing (subject to sponsor final approval) must be coordinated through the GHS 2027 Secretariat MCI Group Canada Inc. and are subject to a 15% administration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Event dates: March 30 – April 2, 2027
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing karen.seto@wearemci.com
  • Cancellations received before 5pm EST on January 29, 2027, will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm EST on January 29, 2027, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All cancellations are subject to a €250 administration fee.
