Sponsorship Booking Process

1. CHOOSE to support CDDW™ or CLM; or both events, CDDW™ & CLM.

2. DISCOVER the variety of sponsorship, exhibition and advertising opportunities on the prospectus [LINK].

3. SELECT a sponsorship or investment opportunity and review the full list of exclusive entitlements.

4. PARTNERSHIP sponsors proceed to the priority sponsor properties and activations that are exclusively available to returning sponsors only until October 20, 2025.

5. CUSTOMIZE your experience with unique activations by sending requests in writing for CDDW™ to meighan.jury@wearemci.com

and for CLM to karen.seto@wearemci.com

Consideration given based on value of 2026 commitment, priority points (CAG), first right of refusal (CLM), and date of commitment.

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Event dates February 27 to March 1, 2026
  • Upon execution of the agreement, an invoice payable within 30 days upon receipt will be issued.
  • CDDW™-CLM 2026 reserves the right to decline sponsor / exhibitor applications.
  • CDDW™-CLM 2026 does not accept applications for retail exhibit booths.
  • Cancellations received before 5pm EST on December 1, 2025, will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm EST on December 1, 2025, are non- refundable and non-transferable.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee
  • All ancillary services such as food & beverage, audio visual, show services, and staffing (subject to sponsor final approval) must be coordinated through the CDDW™-CLM 2026 Congress Secretariat, MCI Group Canada, and are subject to a 15% administration fee.
  • All sponsorship and ancillary services payments are in CAD.
