Desmond Leddin MB, MSc, FRCPC, FRCPI
Professor of medicine at Dalhousie University working primarily on the intersection of environment and digestive health. He is a past President of the CAG.
He co-chairs the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology and chairs the World Gastroenterology climate committees, represents the AGA on the US Multisociety Climate Task force, is section editor for climate on GastroHepAdvances and an associate editor for the British Medical Journal Publication, Frontline gastroenterology.
Most recently, he co-chaired the development of a quality improvement project for sustainability in endoscopy for the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology in association with the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
