Vidhyalakshmi Mohan is a postdoctoral fellow in the Bercik & Collins Laboratory at the Farncombe Institute for Digestive Health at McMaster University. She is trained in bioinformatics, systems biology, and microbiology, and she obtained her PhD in Medical Sciences from McMaster University. Her doctoral research investigated how the gut microbiota contributes to the episodic presentation of symptoms in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
