Dr. Pinto-Sanchez is an Associate Professor at McMaster University, a Gastroenterologist, and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. She is the director of the Adult Celiac Clinic under the umbrella of the Gastroenterology Division at McMaster University, supported by the Farncombe Nutrition Initiative, and co-lead of Nutrition for Hamilton Health Sciences. Dr Pinto-Sanchez's research interests include nutrition on gastrointestinal inflammatory conditions, focused on celiac disease and nutritional adequacy of prescribed diets.
