Dr. Kelley is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Kingston Health Sciences Centre and Assistant Professor at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. She has a MSc in Evidence Based Healthcare from Oxford University. She has done innovative work to improve access for patients to specialty care and support their care in the primary care home through development of clinical care pathways. Her interests are finding innovations in health care delivery that will improve access to care and improving inefficiencies in our current system.

She recently completed a Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and Life Sciences through the Rotman School of Management where she traveled to San Francisco, Singapore, London and Sao Paulo to learn about their health systems and how care is delivered. This has given her inspiration to find new innovations to bring back to our current health system to improve access, quality and efficiency. She is a strong advocate of equality in our healthcare system. She is passionate about improving our publicly funded system so that it is able to support the needs of the community.
