Duy is a first-year medical student at the University of Toronto, passionate about multi-level health equity. He holds a BHSc from Queen’s University. His research focuses on identifying and addressing sociostructural barriers to care faced by equity-deserving communities. Grounded in his passion for advocacy and community engagement, he leverages qualitative and survey-based approaches to evaluate gaps in service delivery and amplify the experiences of equity-deserving communities, particularly 2SLGBTQ+, racialized, and street-involved populations.
