Tamara is a registered nurse with certified practice and has worked at Cool Aid Community Health Centre for the last 10 years and is the hepatitis C program coordinator of their internationally award winning nurse-led program. The Cool Aid Clinic provides low threshold primary care to vulnerable populations including people with polysubstance dependence and complex mental health challenges. Tamara is also a York University student doing an MScN with a special focus on HCV treatment during pregnancy and she is a CanHepC trainee.
