Shohei Yoshiya, MD, PhD, is a hepatobiliary-pancreatic and transplant surgeon and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery and Science, Graduate School of Medical Sciences, Kyushu University, Japan. He has extensive experience in liver transplantation, particularly living donor liver transplantation.
Dr. Yoshiya has contributed to both basic and clinical research and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, including over 20 as first author. He is also an active member of several national academic societies.
