Faouzi SALIBA is an Associate Professor of Hepatology and Gastroenterology at the University of Paris Saclay in France. He is in charge of the Liver Intensive Care Unit and the Endoscopy Unit at the Hepato-Biliary and Liver Transplant Center of Henri Bismuth at Paul Brousse Hospital (Assistance Publique -Hôpitaux de Paris).
He is a council member of the of the International Liver Transplantation Society (ILTS), and a Board member of the EASL-Chronic Liver Failure (CLIF) consortium group. He's also a member of several national and international societies.
He has conducted and coordinated numerous national and international clinical trials in the fields of transplantation, immunology, hepatology, artificial liver support, and infectious diseases. He has published over 300 original papers in peer-reviewed journals, in addition to many other journal articles, book chapters and textbooks.
Over the last twenty years, Professor Saliba has presented hundreds of original papers at conferences and chaired numerous sessions and symposia at national and international congresses.
