SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SUPPORT

  • Your support is confirmed upon approval of your application, execution of a sponsorship agreement, and/or receipt of your letter of confirmation.
  • Upon confirmation, an invoice payable within 30 days upon receipt will be issued.
  • Please note that ancillary services such as F&B, additional AV, show services, and staffing are subject to sponsor final approval and subject to a 15% administration fee.
  • All sponsorship fees and ancillary costs invoiced by ILTS will be billed in USD.
    Please note that ILTS vendors and service providers may invoice ILTS and/or sponsors directly in their local currency (e.g. CHF).  Any services ordered and paid directly with vendors will be invoiced in the currency specified by the vendor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Event dates: May 6 – 9, 2026
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing karen.seto@wearemci.com​
  • Cancellations received before 5pm EST on March 6, 2026, will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm EST on March 6, 2026, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All cancellations are subject to a USD $250 administration fee.
